The Culture Shock Team
Culture Shock Innovations brings a wealth of experience and passion to fostering inclusive and thriving school cultures. With backgrounds in teaching, administration, and leadership, we have collectively dedicated decades to education, inspiring students and educators alike. We hold advanced degrees in fields such as Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, and Building Administration, and have served in roles ranging from classroom teachers to principals, curriculum writers, and equity leads. Our contributions extend beyond academics, including coaching sports like track, cross-country, basketball, football, wrestling, and leading transformative school initiatives. We value creating vibrant learning environments and empowering the next generation through innovative teaching and community engagement. Together, we are committed to transforming school culture.
